Completion of Aquisition of Puma Brandenburg Limited

Shore Capital is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of Puma Brandenburg Limited.  This follows receipt from the Registrar of Companies in Guernsey of the certificate confirming unconditionally the implementation of the Amalgamation, pursuant to section 70 of The Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008.  Accordingly, the Amalgamation is effective as of today.

Commenting on the completion of the Acquisition, Howard Shore, Executive Chairman of the Company, said:
