Its regulatory and legislative framework offers an ideal environment for international financial and commercial transactions.

For European, Israeli and South African clients, geographical proximity and time zone make contact with investors much easier and cheaper than New York. In July 2003, we were the first investment bank to use the fast track procedure for bringing companies listed on selected international markets to AIM. We have since brought to London companies from the United States, Russia, China, Romania, Bulgaria, Norway and Israel.
