Shore Capital Makes Senior Appointment - Guy Peters

Shore Capital ("Shore"), the London listed independent investment banking group, today announces its expansion with the appointment of a new corporate director. 

Guy Peters joined Shore last week as a Director in Corporate Finance and will work to drive the expansion of Shore's service to the small and mid-cap community. Guy has nearly fifteen years corporate finance experience, including ten years at Arbuthnot, where he was recruited to build their London business, and four years at Lloyds Merchant Bank. Over this period he advised clients across a broad range of sectors, including oil & gas, support services, retail, telecoms, IT and media, on equity capital markets and M&A activities.
