Shore Capital was notified yesterday that Elizabeth van Messel, the wife of Michael van Messel, a Senior Executive of the Company, has bought 198,717 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of £1.35 per share (the “Purchase”).

Following the Purchase, Michael van Messel and connected persons’ beneficial interest in the Company is 765,844 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.55% of the issued share capital of the Company.
