Shore Capital acts as financial adviser for Staunton Holdings Limited
Shore Capital is pleased to announce that its client Staunton Holdings Limited has agreed a recommended cash offer for FIH Group Plc, to acquire the entire issued and to be issued share capital of FIH Group plc for £37.3 million.
The offer entitles each FIH Shareholder to receive 300 pence in cash per share.
