Shore Capital acts as Joint Broker and Nomad on N Brown’s £100m fundraising and proposed transfer to AIM
N Brown, a top 10 UK clothing and footwear digital retailer, has successfully raised £100m through a placing with clawback under a fully pre-emptive open offer. Shore Capital is acting as Joint Corporate Broker to N Brown.
The proceeds of the placing will be used to strengthen the company’s balance sheet and accelerate profitable growth through targeted investments.
N Brown has also announced the proposed delisting of its Ordinary Shares from the premium listing segment of the Official List and from trading on the Main Market and the admission of its Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM, with Shore Capital acting as the company’s Nominated Adviser.
