Shore Capital acts as Sole Bookrunner for Judges Scientific Plc
Completion of Director Placing
Judges Scientific, a group involved in the buy and build of scientific instrument businesses, announces that David Cicurel, CEO of the Group, he has placed a total of 157,727 ordinary shares in the Company (“Placing Shares”) at a price of 1,900 pence per share (the “Placing”) with a number of new and certain existing institutional shareholders broadening the shareholder base of the Company and assisting the liquidity in the Company’s shares.
Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited acted as Sole Bookrunner to the Placing, which was oversubscribed.
