Shore Capital acts as Sole Bookrunner on £9.5m placing for Bahamas Petroleum
Bahamas Petroleum, the Caribbean and Atlantic margin focused oil and gas company, has successfully raised £9.5m through a placing, with Shore Capital acting as sole bookrunner.
The placing proceeds enhance Bahamas Petroleum’s overall funding capacity, including in particular for the anticipated costs of the Company’s 100% owned and operated Perseverance #1 well, expected to spud prior to the end of 2020.
